Shipments and delivery times

We are happy to provide you with a variety of ways to get the products you have purchased.

At the payment stage, choose the option that is most convenient for you:

1. Courier to the house – 29 NIS

Our couriers reach everywhere in the country as well as to distant areas. The shipping cost is 29 NIS to distant areas too.

For purchases over NIS 400, shipping is free!**

From the day of ordering, your package will arrive with a courier to your doorstep, within a range of up to 4 business days. The courier will text or call before arriving to make sure you are in.

* Shipping to distant areas – up to 10 business days.

** When buying diapers there is no free shipping. The shipping cost will vary depending on the quantity of packages ordered. For sizes 1-2 and diapers, for every 6 packages there is a delivery cost of 29 NIS. For sizes 3-6 for every 3 packages there is a delivery cost of 29 NIS.

With the purchase of only 3 packages of sizes 1-2 and diapers, and with a total purchase of NIS 400 or more – free shipping!

*** In the purchase of cleaning materials for laundry and flooring with a volume of 4 liters or more – purchase of 4 cleaning products – 29 NIS delivery fee will be added. If you bought a trio of Bamboo Nature diapers – purchasing of 3 cleaning products or more of 4 liters will cost an additional shipping cost.

The exceptional costs are listed within the products on the website.

2. Self-collection from the store in Tel Aviv

Our store is located at 5 Maavar Yabok Street, in the Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood of Tel Aviv, right on the border of Givatayim. This is a shop for everything and you can collect orders from here and also purchase additional products on the spot.

You can collect during the store’s operating hours: Sunday – Thursday 9:00-20:00, Friday 9:00-14:30. No need to call in advance, we prepare the orders as soon as they are received 🙂

You can type in Waze “Eco Store” and find your way to us easily, and we have on-site parking for customers.

* Self-collection does not involve additional shipping cost.

Refunds

Eco-Store’s return policy is worded accordingly and subject to “The Law For the Protection of the Customer” in order to protect and respect you – the customers.

Your opinion is important to us and we would love to hear about any reason for a refund or cancellation of a purchase.

Friendly packaging

Our main concern at Eco-Store is how to apply ecological consumption in practice. In environmental thinking, consumerism is often perceived as a contradiction to ecology, because it produces a lot of waste and involves polluting transportation. We believe in the possibility of a different consumerism.

Eco-Store aims to show that the combination of ecology and consumerism is not only possible. It is a winning combination, benefiting the environment and the life in it. We invest the most effort in creating and inventing recycled packaging, and dedicate time to finding solutions to reduce unnecessary waste.

Excellent service is part of ecological consumption and we do not save on caution when required – every product and delivery is packaged in suitable packaging in order to maintain the completeness of the product in the best possible way. Therefore, some of the products will come to you in padded and new envelopes, some will come wrapped in used wrapping paper, and some will come in new or reusable cartons.

The packaging you receive and do not want to keep for reuse (or for building a small dollhouse for your child), please throw in the appropriate recycling bins.

Secure purchase and privacy

Every successful relationship needs security. For us in Eco-Store, customer security is the security of the community, so we make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

When registering for the Eco-Store customer club, you will be asked to enter your details in the system. These details will be used by you in the future for entry to your personal area (for easy and quick purchase, for saving products as favorites and for many additional options) and will be used by us at Eco-Store to keep in touch with you and to respond to your requests more easily. At any stage of the relationship between us you can request your removal from the distribution list.

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to enter the details of the payment method you have. Your credit card information is transmitted to a clearing company through an independent clearing page (iframe) and in an encrypted way using SSL 128 bit technology, all while complying with the security standards of the most advanced standard in the world PCI Level 1.

In each purchase, we will ask you to re-type the credit card information as part of our and your own security measures. Eco-Store does not store the account information and means of payment on the site, these go directly to the clearing company.

Do you know a product that simply “must” be with us? Have you searched for a product and did not find it with us? We’ll be happy if you write to us about it, and we will do our best to locate the product, bring it to our shelves, share the process with you and of course update you as soon as it is available in the store.
